At Green Country Surgical Arts, we value our patients’ time and the dedicated time reserved for each appointment. For this reason, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or change.
A $100 consultation deposit is required to reserve your appointment with Dr. Tedesco.
This deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given or the appointment is missed, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to schedule a future consultation.

If you paid a deposit for your consultation with Dr. Tedesco, please note that an additional deposit will be required to reschedule if less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or if the appointment is missed without proper notice.
