Hair removal with AlloraPro is safe for all skin types and most hair colors. During your initial consultation,

your provider will review all information to determine your eligibility.

Multiple treatments are required because hair growth occurs in cycles, and AlloraPro is most effective when targeting hair in the active growth phase, known as the anagen phase.

During the anagen phase, the hair follicle contains an abundance of melanin, the pigment responsible for hair color. AlloraPro works by targeting and heating the melanin in the hair follicle, damaging it and inhibiting future hair growth. However, not all hair follicles are in the anagen phase at the same time.

Since only hair in the anagen phase is effectively treated by the laser, multiple sessions are necessary to target hair in various growth stages.

Most patients need 4-6 treatments to see the best results, however, your provider will discuss your goals

and create a treatment plan that is right for you!

Most all areas of the body can be treated with AlloraPro including the face, underarms, bikini, legs,

arms and back. Some patients even choose to treat their full body in one session!

Treatments are comfortable and very well tolerated depending on the area of focus. Your provider can

discuss ways to keep you even more comfortable during treatment in your initial consultation.

Prior to treatment, you should avoid tanning (including artificial tanning), waxing or plucking. Shave

the area 24 hours prior to treatment. Arrive with clean skin free of any cosmetics, lotions, perfumes, or
